There he is again: Argy! Since summer 2005 almost everybody might know the London based Greek for his Poker Flat debut "Love Dose". The Luciano remix found immense approval on all dancefloors around the world and was voted as the "Best Remix of 2005" by German Groove magazine and #05 in De:Bug magazine. Now, Argy presents his follow-up on Poker Flat. Three tracks appear on this brilliant EP, all showing slightlly differenet facets of Argy's musical style. A young talent to watch out for in the future! The party starts with "Night Ritual" on the A-side. This track is an exciting mixture of minimal Tech House with Tribal or Progressive elements. An always forward pushing short bassline and some clever and spooky sounds and samples are the gainful ingredients. On the flip side you´ll find "Poke Her Flat", which proves one more time Argy's ability to produce excellent club tracks. A simple but massive and effective beat and bass construction with a whipping lead sound which will roll in your brain directly. Last but not least, it's "Cry Like A Girl" on B2, which goes a more minimal and frisky way. A clever arrangement paired with well chosen sounds and effects make this track this yummy.
