With their own definition of deep, percussive but also melodious sounds, DJ and Live Act BRAUNS & WAGNER completely fit the label’s philosophy. In their work long lasting producing knowhow of HOLGER BRAUNS (Flug von Welt/Her little Sister/Liebe*Detail et al.) is combined with TIM WAGNER’s (Parquet/Whirlpoolsex et al.) DJ experience and his keen sense of vibes on the dancefloor.
For “Them van” they created a full tonal response, consequently built up of a pumping, drifty bass line, groovy summer tunes and melodious samples with unexpected harmonies. This will surely make the crowd move!
PATRICK ZIGON is well-known as a much publicized producer and remixer on Cocoon, Treibstoff, Trapez et al. His remix convinces by using elements of the original on a deeper sub-bass, adding some fluffy, syncopated or freaky samples to bring off a new, different atmosphere. Check out also the digital Bonustrack, “Them Van” edited by BOMBILLA!
BART & PARENTI is already and worldwide known as a DJ and Live Act with past gigs, e.g. at Zoo Projekt/Ibiza or Full Moon Party/Thailand, and now the exclusive new entrant from French on Klangfarbe! MOSS BART possesses a funded, classical piano education and composing skills, first approved in Alternative and New Wave. On the other hand, MARCO PARENTI grew up with Rock, started drums at the age of 5 and improved himself by playing drums and percussion in several bands. Thank God they both got in touch with electronic music one day! After a recent release on Seven Limited Records, their B-side tracks clearly show their special influences:
The strong bass and bouncing percussions on “Sick Up” fuse to a fresh rhythm of Peak-Time-Techno before they pass into a wonderful melodious part in the end. “Juste au milieu” starts with atmospheric natural sounds and string elements to then bring you to the floor with deep base elements. Check out these danceable pieces of art!
