"Deeper house music achieved with total mastery... John is a deep house jazzman wizard and this record is nothing else then one of my all time favorite."

Ripperton / Lazy fat people

"Amazing both tracks! This Ep drive me crazy (& rocks the audience): deep, fat & emotional like a big moodymann! Charts n.2 february. "

Michael Ruetten

class deep house tune on A1 - one of those never ending tunes which just feel good.

DJ T

like the sound of this label, there are always insider tips on it. This time it's the nice & moody b-side.

James Flavour

REVIEW FROM FORTHCOMING DJ MAG JOHN DALY - Sky Dive EP (Plak) 4* Ireland's John Daly has made some great stuff of late and this ep on Geneva based imprint is Plak is also very strong. "Skydive" is a pleasant deep track with an organic live fee with handclaps and cool percussion. Definitely good warm up material. But its the b-side "Equaliser Broken Juno" that is most appealing with its lo-fi warm rolling groove that just goes on and on. Definitely will appeal to fans of Moodyman and recent work by The Mole with its deep thudding bassline and subtle atmospheric sounds. Nice.

oh. my. god. A-side: one of the most effective uses of a hyperspeed break i've ever heard, and then those keys and bass beneath it sprawl out like soft, spongy grass. can it be summertime already, please, because this is dying to be played on the beach... the B-side cut is in the same vein--deep, dubby, groovy, sad. feels like it's going to fall apart at any second; the live disco drums give it that EDGE. both cuts fantastic, i hope to hear them out all year long.

de-bug / bleed

i became a john daly collector!i love this record..

Groove Magazin (GER)

Unser Lieblings-Ire John Daly wohnt jetzt in London. GJ
