Following the last remix package for Afrilounge's Maya Xpression we have 3 more for the second part. This remix pack has Alland Byallo, Sebastian Roya and Amelie Music on the bill.
The Alland Byallo remix is an excellent track for moving masses. The track starts to the point to slowly build up into a deeper cut with the use of a chord sequence. Half way through the mix the chords change to a lower tone to keep things interesting complemented with delayed chord patterns and vocals.
Sebastian Roya's cut is a journey through dark ambiances, mystic mayan vocals, lush strings and heavy drum programming. The tune starts with a very constant line perfect for a long mix, to then incorporate a percussion element that will dominate the last part of the track.
Amelie Music did an excellent job in keeping things on a bouncy rhythm throughout the track. Incredible use of vocal snippets guide you as the track progresses to a driving percussion element that will have you going till the end of the tune.
