Daniel Kasprowicz (Dortmund) has been working as DJ since
1995. His musical roots have been Deephouse for a long time.
Nowadays Daniel likes to combine deep sounds with technoid
minimal tracks. That’s what makes his distinctive sound, which he
has presented as a resident DJ in Dortmund’s club ‘Versteck’ on a
regular basis since 2006.
Daniel made more stops behind the mixing desk at Berlin’s
“Tresor”, Frankfurt’s “Monza Club” and at the Nurnberg “Radau-
Parties”. Until now he has shared the turntables with Richie Hawtin,
Ricardo Villalobos, Moby, Wighnomy Brothers, Jussi Pekka – only
to name a few.
Daniel also shows his Talent in his producing skills.
He produced 2004 for Artist like Wighnomy Brother, where he
remixed the track “feel” for metromusic recordings.
Followed by Tracks, both vinyl and digital, on Labels like Baile Musik, OFF rec.,
Mutekki rec., Kaato music, weplayminimal rec. und Punkt vor Strich rec..
Daniel collected his good grasp for fat sounds in his own record shop (wax poetics), which he himself
managed from 2003 to 2008. Nonetheless, Daniel is strongly involved with the DJ offspring, as he is
teacher and headmaster in Dortmund and Münster for Germany’s biggest DJ school, VibrA School of
DJing.
Daniel is also involved in his own booking agency „ flower booking“. Artists like Herb Lf, Ingo Sänger or
Dole & Kom are booked internationally, He also has new upcoming Artist like Ben Anders or Boris
Hotton in his agency.
