Mobilee ist starting 2006 with guest appearences by three amazing female DJ´s and Producer. Anja Schneider invited them to do Remixes for the most successful mobilee release, yet. The Original by Sebo K & Anja Schneider reached Groove Charts No. 9 and several intenational DJ-Charts this year. First up on twisting "Side Leaps" is Magda - part of the minus crew and travelling all around the world representing her very own understanding of groovy minimalism. Magda is without a doubt the main influence of the ?new minimal school?. Substatic´s M.I.A. added another interpretation of side leaps. M.I.A.´s Pssst... Remix is separated in two different parts building up a massive dark dancefloor track as we know it from her very unique dj-sets and own productions. Next Paris says hello! Greeting from the Eiffel Tower! Jennifer Cardini & Shonky touched Rancho Relaxo and added another kind of energy to this great track. Jennifer is one of the DJ-Shooting Stars in 2005. Shonky is also resident at Pulp and Rex in Paris!

TRAX MAGAZINE FRANCE 02.2006

Des deux remixes de ³Side Leaps², on retiendra celui de Magda, plage minimale avec groove en apnée et infrabasses subaquatiques qui ne dépareilleraient pas dans un set de Richie Hawtin. Le remix de M.I.A., quant à lui, peine à convaincre. Un mal dont ne souffre pas celui de ³Rancho Relaxo² par Jennifer Cardini & Shonky. Une longue mise en jambes trippée, un final tout en nappes ³à la Detroit², idéal pour la fin de soirée. (GD)

The Berlin label with the trippiest take on techno delivers its biggest release so far, thanks to the presence of DJ Mag poll new entrant Magda, whose linear version of `Side Leaps` is bolstered by a humming, squelchy bass. While this remix will get all the attention, the other contributions are more inventive, as M.I.A.`s take on the same track progresses from hazy, dubby bliss to jacking intricate funk and Shonky and Jennifer Cardini`s reshape of the label`s biggest track, `Rancho Relaxo`, uses dramatic strings and a sleazy swagger to add some sex appeal to what has become a k-house anthem.
