The highgrade family has grown again: with Asem Shama another top-class artist joins the team. Untill now he allready did several other releases on labels like Spiel-Zeug, Frisbee or Sportclub. With „Midas“ and „Kabuki“ he performs a perfect start on highgrade: The first is a twisted, moving forward-minded track which can only roughly be described with the words „packed with action“! The second track doesn‘t stand behind this, coming along with a solid groove made of unresistable dark stabs and dubby tabla-sounds. The Pan-Pot (from Anja Schneider‘s Mobilee-family) remix on the flipside squeezes the last bit of energy out of this heavyweight of a track, thus making this EP a perfect release. Welcome on board, Asem!
