Francis Harris delivers his second statement out of NYC and proofs us all that he is the Master of Darkness. "Factoring your lack of cool" moves on were his last record "Fecund" left us, a new approach to the minimal sound that will become Adultnappers trademark for sure in the coming years.His productions stand out above the rest and are amongst the best minimal techno has to offer nowadays: "Clis" is a deep and beautiful piece of techno music you don't ever want to leave the dancefloor once you are trapped in its dillurious melodies. With a really long build up it explodes towards the end and makes the crowd crazy. A real genius mix of Electro-House elements with deep minimal grooves. You can describe his music only with one word: CLIMAX.

Adultnapper sollte man definitiv nicht aus den Augen lassen, denn Francis Harris aus New York entwickelt sich verdammt schnell. Hier ein mächtiger Track mit darken Szenerien der einen in der Kompromisslosigkeit und schwärze des Sounds ein wenig an Wagon Repair erinnert, dabei aber digitaler bleibt und auf eine unheimliche Weise konzentriert wie eine Schnappschildkröte. Die Rückseite, "Clis" ist federnder im Groove aber ebenso eine abenteuerliche Reise durch die skurrilen Soundwelten, die Adultnapper von Platte zu Platte leichter zu modulieren scheint. bleed*****
