Ireland based Italian producer Lerosa's "Night Radio EP" is out on Uzuri now! In the past he made a name for himself with releases on labels such as Real Soon, Quintessentials, Uzuri & Millions Of Moments.
Great visionary EP from this Detroit duo. Ballsy and out there with lots of funk and emotion... Has all the best bits of the great Detroit producers like Carl Craig, Mad Mike and Shake all blended in one mad whirlpool. A great label.
Basic Soul Unit "Basic Necessity EP" [New Kanada Recordings]
I really like BSU's productions since I came across its Dank EP on Philpot. He has a great knack for using old sounds to bring new ideas in the open. This EP is a perfect example of that.
Levon Vincent & Steffi "Panorama Bar 02 - Part II" [Ostgut Ton]
Not much to say here, two of the best tracks off the Tama Sumo mix for Panoramabar. Levon has been killing it for months now, this is another monster of a tune. Steffi's classy old school sound and emotional track is one of my favourite from 2009.
