Marcus Worgull is the owner of the Groove Attack record store in Cologne and produces music for Innervisions. He told us that he is going to release some more of his remixes in the near future. We also heard rumors about a new EP forthcoming on Innervisions, soon...
Excellent release on an excellent label ! Since their first EP all the WHITE producers - Edward, Tristen and Oskar - deliver good stuff. The only problem i have with this EP: Which one is my favourite tune ?

When i heard "Self Conscience" for the first time, i was asked to guess the producer. One of the last names that would have come to my mind was Pirahnahead, who is more known for his soulful releases on labels like Moodymann's Mahogani Music.
"Self Conscience" is a true grower, starting with pitched-down vocals and later on developing a melody, that screws the tune in "trancey" altitudes. Trancey ? Yes. But: Who cares ? It's a hit and it's a shame that this one will only be released digitally, as far as i know.

Ian Pooley "The Dark White" [Pooled Music]
"Hole In My Shoes" is the track, which i really like on this EP. As simple as the structure of this tune, as simple is the answer why works so well. A good bassline, some vocals shredded in tatters and some chords: That's it ! Some of the chords and fxs sounds like he has borrowed them from the apple -system integrated warning-sounds library. One of them is called: "Funk" !
