Whatpeopleplay.com is the digital download site of Wordandsound Medien GmbH (WAS) serving high quality MP3 and WAV Files to music collectors and professionals all over the world.
Wordandsound (Our mother company)
Wordandsound started in 1998 (Berlin 2006) and is today one of the market leaders in international club music distribution serving hundreds of clients all over the world with exactly the same music you can download here but on VINYL and CD formats.
Together with Whatpeopleplay we are currently the only Company in the world to serve Djs, Collectors and electronic club music enthusiasts with all existing analogue and digital audio Formats.
Wordandsound exclusively releases music of this Industries Prime best labels prime examples being Poker Flat (Steve Bug), Cadenza (Luciano), Minus Recordings (Richie Hawtin), Mobilee (Anja Schneider) and Clubs such as Watergate and Bar 25 (both Berlin).
Unlike Whatpeopleplay.com, Wordandsound itself serves business customers only, so you might not have heard of us before. This is why we started Whatpeopleplay in 2006.
