After Altamont is the band alias of Stavros Potamitis & Constantinos Parisinos, a project that focusses on a blend of psychedelic rock, Greek folk influences, soulful dub and dark tinged techno, with the main creative focus relying on analog machines, live instrumentation and recorded vocals. Following the original release of the 2016 "An Animal Orchestra", this psychedelic album is re-imagined by a collection of artists and friends who focus on a slower, hypnotic, more transcendental groove. MR TC starts of the remix pack with a majestic version of Scoring for Fools. Tolouse low Trax experiments with vocal samples, silence and slow percussions to conjure a trademark dark, devilish recreation of Three Men Down. A Strange Wedding takes us to alien outer space with his version of "Scoring for Fools". Gina Breeze and Zombies in Miami provide us with more club ready re-imaginations of "K Band feat Shawni" and Lost Little Girl feat Fiona McMartin". The album comes to a close with an ethnic, psy-trance trademark Anatolian Weapons remix.
