Quite surprisingly Quasar's EP starts with a nearly classical piano piece, processed through thick hazes of smoke, of course. Next are some relaxed breakbeats, followed by some weirdo halfstep robojazz, so to speak. The EP then ends with a noisy brain-drill. Strange stuff from beginning to end, but fascinating nevertheless. One of the more exciting records on Deep Me-di lately. (Superdefekt)
