” A true veteran soul singer and entertainer…Her voice has been heard on many legendary recordings… and her melodies and collaborations with me have made Nadirah the Queen of Yoruba Records.” ~ Osunlade. She also began to understand that her gift was not only in the vocal arena but as a songwriter as well. This gift was recognized when she wrote ,co-produced and performed the song ‘Wind of Karma’ for the  Motown’s hip-hop complication ‘State of Emergency’ and the thought provoking song ‘Purpose to Be’ for the movie ‘At First Site’ staring Val Kilmer. Her career continued as the premiere session singer of Los Angeles.
