As producers, we believe a strong relationship with the artist is absolutely vital. With the importance of connections between people as our focal point, every ILYA release is the product of close and personal communication with the artist. Although our past releases have covered a wide range of genres - from deep, minimal techno to ambient to melodic deep house - each release maintains a strong consistency of feeling and quality. This consistency is the evidenced by communication with each artist. With Kyoto as its base, ILYA is actively involved the music scene, holding record release parties and regularly organizing tours for overseas artists.
