Process Recordings is about electronic music that cuts it live. Fed up with faceless acts and pointless soft-synths copycats, Process Recordings was set up in late 2007 to release albums and 12"s that work as well in a live set as they do on the dancefloor. It's the brainchild of Herman Verkade (Output) and Big Daddy (Playtime and Veryverywrongindeed).
Process' starting roster was based around a number of former Output stalwarts, such as Colder, DK7, 7 Hurtz and Black Strobe's Arnaud Rebotini, but they have since added a number of other established electronic acts, with albums by Toob, King Roc and Abe Duque. Process also releases a steady stream of club-oriented singles, with remixes by DJ Hell, Joey Beltram, Alex Kenji, D-Nox and Beckers, Max Cooper, John Dahlback, Tigerskin, Darko Esser and many, many more.
